We want you to love what you order from Cheeky Feels – but if something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns.

Print-on-Demand Policy

All of our products are made to order, which means we don’t hold stock. Because of this, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or if you’ve decided it’s not your vibe after all.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or there’s a mistake (like the wrong item or print), we’ve got you covered.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

• A photo of the issue
• Your order number
• A quick description of what went wrong

We’ll sort it out quickly – whether that’s a replacement or a refund.
